Exhibition opening Friday Dec 2 6 -10pm
Exhibition cocktail party Friday Dec 16 7 -11 pm
Staffed gallery hours
Weekends: 12 pm to 5 pm
Thursday and Fridays 2 to 6 pm
and by appointment

Upon request: Artist Interview (audio or video) for Artist and Gallery promotion hosted on

Gallery staff will hang / install exhibit between: Tuesday Nov 29 – Dec 1.
Artists are welcome to discuss providing plinths or special stands to hang works on.
Ludmila Gallery will handle all purchases, including shipping costs
Provide Lay-a-way options for buyers
Provide Artist with buyer’s information and purchase breakdown
Provide payment to Artist within 2 days of exhibition closing date
Ludmila Gallery requires a service fee of $200 payable by November 29, 2022
No commission will be charged
The Artist is welcome to conduct workshops in the gallery during exhibition dates.
The galley is happy to provide a work table, available chairs, sink, access to bathroom and promotional support, via socials and workshop webpage.
The Artist provides
- Photo(s) of one to 3 Artwork(s) for use in promotions by Nov 21, 2022
- Artist Bio, Pricelist and Artist Statement received via email by Thursday Dec 1
- If possible, photos of artworks should by received in digital format by Thurs Dec 1 for use on website and promotions (gallery can provide assistance in photographing works if requested)
- Tear down Dec 24 after closing or between Dec 28 – 30 by appointment
