Suzanne Andrews’ current practice uses Polymer Clay with the technique of millefiori caning to create intricate sculptural works of landscape, wearable art and mask. Her design and colour skills have been honed through her experience as a weaver, spinner and dyer.
The “Secret Forest” series of trees and floral landscapes are vivid and playful, with a sense of folkloric themes continuing through her intriguing “Mask Series”. Both make use of multiple canes, with many hours spent designing and making each individual cane used on their own or combined to make master and kaleidoscope rods. Each color pattern is manipulated clay without paint or other medium.
This exhibit will include a limited number of contemporary earrings and brooches for purchase.

Bob Andrews is currently creating assemblage art from found and made objects.
Created on a defined substrate to build three dimensional work, his intricately cut and assembled pieces unified in flat black paint, grow and recede allowing his exploration of industry and transportation to emerge.
Bob has drawn influence from Russian-American artist Louise Nevelson 1899-1988 famous for her monumental works in this style.
Bob has been a full time artist since 1982 and has developed his style by incorporating found objects left in their natural state and an antique style finish to combine disparate objects. Bob has exhibited across North America including Fort Pierce Florida and with the Roycroft Art Festival in East Aurora New York. His works are shown annually with the Toronto One Of A Kind show and Ottawa’s Original’s and Signatures show.
Bob has won several juried awards for his art including the Nestle Canada purchase award at Toronto One Of A Kind show 2011.
